Shipping Tracking & Returns

Order Tracking-
You will receive an order acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and shipped we will also send you a dispatch notification email containing carrier information and estimated delivery dates.
If you have not received a shipment email with these details, please email us at, or call us at 9022984332 (10.00 am to 6.00 pm) All days of the week) and let us know.
We aim to contact you via email or telephone if:
• we require further information from you to process your order
• we need to make changes to your order (e.g. availability dates, product upgrades…)
• we encounter problems during delivery

Track Shipment
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the Courier used to ship these items, the Courier’s website address, and a tracking number. Please visit the courier company’s website, and use the tracking number to know the status of your shipment.

Order Successful
You will receive an email confirmation with an invoice from, once your Order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Shipping Policy:
• is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• You have to specify the address to which the shipment has to be made at the time of purchase. All product(s) shall be delivered directly to the address as specified at the point of ordering and you cannot, under no circumstances whatsoever, change the address after the order is processed. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product(s).
•During Delivery of the product, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 9022984332 or at, mentioning your order reference number. In this case Awww will arrange for the product to be sent back to us, however we would need you to notify us about the same while the tampered product is being delivered.
• For any other returns/replacements for size changes/exchanges-
i. We have 14 days return policy, hence; make sure your returned item should reach back to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
ii. Please do not accept the order if broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be accepted if returned.
iii. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with, in an undamaged condition.
iv. Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
v. Replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
vi. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
vii. You can return all items purchased at; hassle free in a few simple steps:
1. Place your item in its original packaging
2. Please mention your Name, Order Number, Address and Mobile Number, on the top of the packet, and insert the original invoice along with courier slip
3. Seal the package properly and keep it ready to be picked up by our courier partners.
ix. In case if we receive any item sent by you that do not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
x. Product replacement: There are no refunds on products, only exchanges are possible. This usually takes 5-20 working days depending upon stock availability.
• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
• Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
• For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
