All sessions are personalised and conducted on one-to-basis basis with the client.

Each set of 10 physiotherapy sessions lasting 45-50 mins has to be utilised within a period of 4 weeks.

Initial consultation and Assessment/screening is mandatory before starting any Fitness and/or Yoga programs for ascertaining an appropriate and safe regime for your body and best suited for your pregnancy & pregnancy stage and rule out any contra-indications.

Prenatal Screening & Assessment can be done face to face at our center or on Telephone/Skype, for which latest pregnancy reports and scans need to be shared before hand on email or whatsapp
